उत्तमः पुरुषस्त्वन्यः परमात्मेत्युधाहृतः | यो लोकत्रयमाविश्य बिभर्त्यव्यय ईश्वरः ||१५-१७||
uttamaḥ puruṣastvanyaḥ paramātmetyudhāhṛtaḥ . yo lokatrayamāviśya bibhartyavyaya īśvaraḥ ||15-17||

The Translation

“But there is another, the Supreme Person, designated as the Supreme Self (Paramatma), who, entering the three worlds, supports them as the immutable Lord.”

Commentary & Insights

Krishna introduces the third and highest Purusha: the Supreme Person (Purushottama), who is the dynamic sustainer and sovereign Lord of all worlds.
