The Translation

“Indeed, no one can remain without performing actions even for a single moment. Everyone is forced to act helplessly by the modes of material nature.”

Commentary & Insights

Krishna explains the biological and psychological reality of human existence: action is built into our very nature, and no one can remain inactive even for a moment.

Practical Application
1

When you feel a restless impulse to act impulsively today (scrolling, snacking), observe the physical sensation and choose to direct that energy into a conscious, productive action.
