The Translation
“Nourished by sacrifice, the gods will grant you all your desired enjoyments. But one who enjoys these gifts without offering them in return is indeed a thief.”

इष्टान्भोगान्हि वो देवा दास्यन्ते यज्ञभाविताः
One who enjoys the gifts of nature (which are provided by the Devas for the sustenance of all) without performing sacrifices or sharing with others, is a thief. They commit a sin by stealing the common property of all beings.
