The Translation
“For them, whose minds are thus absorbed in Me, O Partha, I quickly become the savior who lifts them out of the ocean of the mortal world (Samsara).”

तेषामहं समुद्धर्ता मृत्युसंसारसागरात्
The Lord Himself becomes the savior, carrying them across the ocean of worldly existence. Since their minds are fully absorbed in the Lord, they do not need to rely on their own individual strength; the Lord's power operates directly in their lives to grant them self-knowledge.
