The Translation
“Arjuna said: Between those devotees who, ever steadfast, worship You with love, and those who worship the Imperishable, the Unmanifest—which of these are more perfect in yoga?”
Commentary & Insights

Self-Reflection Prompts
- Do you find yourself more naturally drawn to a personal conception of the Divine (with forms, names, and stories) or an impersonal conception (like energy, consciousness, or space)? Why?
- Why is Arjuna's question so practical for a spiritual seeker? How does it help us clarify our own path?

Arjuna wants to know which path leads to the goal more quickly and easily. Those who worship the unmanifest Akshara seek direct identity with the attribute-less Brahman (Jnana Yoga), while those who worship the personal Lord seek Him through devotion (Bhakti Yoga).
