अभ्यासेऽप्यसमर्थोऽसि मत्कर्मपरमो भव
If one cannot practice meditation, they should perform external acts of worship, build temples, study scriptures, or serve others, keeping the Lord in mind. Even these activities, when done without selfish motives, purify the mind and eventually lead to the dawn of self-knowledge.
