सन्तुष्टः सततं योगी यतात्मा दृढनिश्चयः
Contentment means being satisfied with whatever comes by chance for bodily sustenance. Firm conviction means having an unwavering understanding of the truth of the Self as taught by the scriptures. Offering the mind and intellect to the Lord means living in constant remembrance of the non-dual Self.
