The Translation
“But renunciation of action, O mighty-armed one, is difficult to attain without the practice of Karma Yoga. The sage integrated in Yoga attains Brahman without delay.”

संन्यासस्तु महाबाहो दुःखमाप्तुमयोगतः
True renunciation of actions requires the direct realization of the Self. To reach this stage, one must first remove the dust of selfish desires from the mind by performing selfless actions (Karma Yoga). Trying to jump directly to Sanyasa without this preparation is painful and fails.
