The Translation
“He who finds happiness within, who rejoices within, and who is illuminated within, is a yogi. Becoming one with Brahman, he attains supreme liberation.”

Krishna describes the inner-directed yogi, stating that one who is happy within, rejoices within, and is illuminated within attains Brahma-nirvana (liberation).

योऽन्तःसुखोऽन्तरारामस्तथान्तर्ज्योतिरेव यः
A self-realized sage does not need external sights or sounds to be happy. They enjoy the pure bliss of their own consciousness. Such a person is Brahman even while living, and upon death, merges completely like a drop of water in the ocean (Nirvana).
