The Translation
“One who is integrated in Yoga, who has a pure mind, who has controlled the body and conquered the senses, and who sees their own Self as the Self of all living beings, is never tainted even though acting.”

योगयुक्तो विशुद्धात्मा विजितात्मा जितेन्द्रियः
When the mind is purified, the illusion of separateness disappears. The yogi realizes that the same consciousness that resides in their own body is also present in all creatures, from a Brahmana down to a dog. Acting with this non-dual vision, they cannot commit any selfish act, and thus are not bound.
