The Translation
“Whatever forms are generated in all the wombs, O son of Kunti, the great nature (Prakriti) is their womb, and I am the seed-giving Father.”

सर्वयोनिषु कौन्तेय मूर्तयः सम्भवन्ति याः
Whatever bodies are born among Devas, humans, beasts, or birds—their material womb is Prakriti, and the Lord is the father who gives the seed of consciousness. Without this consciousness, the material bodies would remain inert.
